Customers are responsible for managing their own luggage.
Our staff and bus drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage into and from the bus luggage compartment. However, customers are responsible for moving their own luggage when transferring between buses or other forms of transportation.
In the unlikely event that luggage is misplaced, taken by mistake, or lost, we will do our best to assist in locating it. However, please note that customers are responsible for the management and safekeeping of their own luggage.
