Snow Shuttle Service
Reservations for our Snow Shuttle service can be made up to three (3) days before the scheduled departure date, subject to seat availability.
Please note that buses often fill up quickly during peak periods, including weekends, public holidays, and the main ski season (January–February). To avoid missing out, we strongly recommend making your reservation as early as possible, especially if you are travelling as a group or have fixed travel dates.
Once a bus is full, we are unable to add extra seats or guarantee availability on alternative departures.
Private Charter Service
For our Private Charter services, enquiries must be made at least one (1) month prior to the desired departure date.
This lead time is required to:
- Confirm vehicle availability
- Arrange drivers and staffing
- Finalise routing, schedules, and permits
- Provide an accurate quotation
Private charters are subject to availability and operational constraints, particularly during peak winter periods, so earlier enquiries are always encouraged.
Important notes
- A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been completed
- Availability is shown in real time on our booking system and may change quickly during busy periods
- Last-minute requests cannot always be accommodated, even if similar services appear available on other dates
