We make every reasonable effort to accommodate delayed flights or trains. However, in many cases this is not possible.
Bus stopping and parking slots at airports and stations are strictly limited and time-restricted. Once our allocated slot expires, the bus must depart, and we are not permitted to wait beyond this time.
We also take into account the impact on other passengers. Delaying a departure can cause inconvenience to guests who have arrived on time and may disrupt onward schedules.
For these reasons, all decisions regarding whether a bus can wait for delayed flights or trains are made solely at the discretion of Nagano Snow Shuttle on the day, and waiting cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
