Nagano Snow Shuttle cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by these external factors.
In the event of a significant delay, we may, at our discretion, assist customers by suggesting or arranging alternative transportation options. Please note that any additional fares or costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
